After moving to Canada, she studied the art of foot reflexology which she has now been practicing for three years. In January 2003, Abigel enrolled at the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, where she attained a thorough grounding in such subjects as human anatomy, pathophysiology, neurology and the theory and practice of musculoskeletal and other systemic dysfunctions.
It was at Sutherland-Chan that Abigel’s interest in women’s health issues led her to pursue electives in pregnancy massage and breast surgery massage. Breast surgery massage is designed for women recovering from mastectomies and other breast surgery. In July 2004, Abigel graduated from Sutherland-Chan and became a registered massage therapist in September. in 2005 she trained and qualified to practice Thai yoga massage

She has a passion for her work and treating the individual as a whole. She enjoys working and building a lasting rapport with her patients, and has a great love of working with children. She also holds specialized designations as a pediatric Physical Therapist (Neurodevelopmental Technique II & Cuevas Medek Exercises II).

She incorporates a range of treatments including relaxation, pregnancy massage, deep tissue work, and lymphatic drainage, based on individual needs. Abby is passionate about the wellbeing of the people she treats. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge in a variety of techniques allowing her clients to further benefit from their treatment.

After 13 years of working in design, advertising and marketing, Kim began to have her own health concerns. A busy life and complicated work schedules got in the way of her dietary and lifestyle choices. Over a short period of time, it began to take a toll on her body and overall health. She decided to take action and make the necessary changes to her diet and lifestyle. After successfully treating her symptoms and issues naturally, she knew that she had found her calling. She returned to school to become a nutritionist and graduated with first class honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition - the institution with the most comprehensive nutrition curriculum in Canada.

A healthier life begins with a better understanding of your nutritional needs and benefits. Kim believes in keeping things simple, practical and easy. Instead of developing nutrition programs that follow a rigidly tight discipline with numerous restrictions, she believes it should be about great food, cooked well and proper balance.

Kim has opened a practice working with Medical Doctors in local Fertility Clinics to provide an integrated care program. Kim specializes in fertility, women's health and hormonal conditions. She has knowledge and experience working with couples that have fertility concerns and she has created her own unique integrative fertility programs customized to the needs of both those undergoing IVF procedures and those wishing to work with natural fertility methods. Her practical, realistic customized programs motivate her clients to stay on track and achieve their desired results.
